About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Southern Highland Dental as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist. In this full-time role, you will be based in Moss Vale, NSW and play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the dental practice.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality dental assisting support to dentists and dental hygienists
- Welcoming and greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing the reception area
- Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories
- Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and inventory
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a clinical setting with dental 4 windows knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in using dental software and office equipment
- A friendly, professional,
and team-oriented attitude
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in dental assisting or a willingness to undertake training
