The Role
You will report to the Audit Manager and play a key role in auditing SMSF financial statements. This is an opportunity to apply your accounting knowledge, develop your understanding of superannuation laws and compliance, and use industry leading audit technology in a real-world setting.
- Perform initial audit of SMSF financial statements.
- Clearly document audit queries and evidence requirements.
- Ensure audit documentation is accurate, complete and of high quality.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Uphold audit standards.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
12-Month Graduate Development Program
- Accelerate your career in SMSF auditing with a structured learning path.
- Begin study toward CA or CPA qualifications (business-funded).
- Learn from highly experienced auditors and industry leaders.
To be successful in this role you will need
- A Degree qualification in accounting or commerce.
- Motivation and passion to learn new skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and KPI’s.
- To be a team player but also able to work independently.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
