Our Client Relationship Officers (CROs) are central to helping clients feel welcome, supported and valued. This role is essential to ensuring our clinicians can deliver exceptional care, and every detail behind the scenes is handled with accuracy and consideration.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Stirling and/or Booragoon clinics. Some evening finishes (to 7:30pm) are required.

This role suits someone who is organised, adaptable, warm, and enjoys working at pace. It involves genuine variety and requires strong attention to detail and comfort with switching tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage appointments and schedules with accuracy in person and over the phone

- Record and update client information with attention to detail

- Process payments, invoices and claims promptly and accurately

- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, steady presence

- Support team members and contribute to the smooth daily running of the clinic

Desirable experience:

- Private practice or allied health administration

- Medicare, private health, NDIS or similar systems
