About the role:
This is a full-time permanent opportunity – 30 hours per week, located in North Parramatta NSW. Hourly rate of $28.92 to $31.83 negotiable based on qualifications and experience, plus super & access to generous salary packaging options.
About the opportunity:
We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our Early Learning team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships with children, families and the community while delivering high-quality education and care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality education and care to children in accordance with the National Quality Standard and approved learning frameworks.
- Build nurturing, respectful and responsive relationships that support each child’s sense of belonging, being and becoming.
- Support children’s physical, emotional and social development through engaging environments, positive guidance and meaningful interactions.
- Partner with families, respecting their values, cultures and beliefs to achieve consistent and cooperative outcomes.
- Maintain safe, hygienic and stimulating environments, ensuring children are always supported, supervised and protected.
- Contribute to service operations including documentation, safety practices, policy implementation and continuous quality improvement.
- Work collaboratively with your team, upholding professional and ethical standards at all times.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Children’s Services
- Child protection experience
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to reach their potential.
- Current first aid, NSW WWCC and National Police Check
- A deep commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice
- An ability to build genuine, lasting connections with children, families, and colleagues
