About Us:
We’re a growing chocolate distribution warehouse dedicated to delivering premium-quality products to retailers and customers nationwide. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Help manage stock, inventory, and shelf organization
- Support daily warehouse operations, including packing and sorting chocolate products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail/warehouse environment
- Operate POS systems and handle basic cash/card transactions
- Work with the team to meet daily performance goals
Requirements:
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work weekends or evenings if required
