Talent Aligned is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join at Senior or Principal level.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to step into a growing business early, shape a vertical, bring on clients, and be part of the next phase as we scale with the support of a larger recruitment group.

- Solid experience recruiting technology or engineering talent
- Strong Business Development ability - winning clients and growing accounts
- Ability to run a 360 desk with confidence
- A consultative, polished approach - we work on partnerships, not volume
- Someone who wants to help shape a growing agency
- High drive, resilience, and ability to build a solid niche desk
Role Responsibilities
- Managing and growing your own specialist vertical
- Sourcing, headhunting, and managing candidates end-to-end
- Working closely with the founder on strategy and growth
- Mentoring junior consultants as the team expands
- Playing a key role as the business scales with group backing
