What you'll be doing
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in the Emergency Department, you’ll provide safe, person-centred care that supports optimal patient outcomes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with professional standards, legal frameworks and WSLHD policies.

- Deliver and assist in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care aligned to individual patient needs





- Provide best-practice care within professional boundaries and ANSCO competencies

- Support holistic, patient-focused care that upholds rights, dignity and safety

- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care

- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation to support protected and effective patient management

Essential Criteria:

- Registration: Current and valid registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Selection Criteria:

- Current Authority to Practice as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

- Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values

- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team

- Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems

- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills,



and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues

- Capacity to work seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an EndorEnrolled Nurse
