- Location: Modo Mio, Castle Hill, Sydney
- Reporting to: Michelin-trained Head Chef

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Italian cuisine.
- Adhere to high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.
- Learn and develop new skills under the guidance of the Head Chef.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
