About the role
PJL Group are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mechanical Workshop Manager for an opportunity to work with a excellent team in a modern workshop boasting the latest diagnostic and repair equipment.
Skills and experience
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
- Provide effective workshop supervision and leadership
- Develop a culture which encourages self-driven personal development,
teamwork and collaboration
- Schedule and monitor work
- Support a safe working environment
- Ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Effective communication with the team and clients on job progression
- Previous maintenance and rebuild experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with mobile surface and underground fleet
- Liase with other departments to ensure effective resourcing
- High level communication skills
