About Us
Westpoint Group is a growing commercial construction and development business delivering projects across NSW — including retail, service stations, civil, industrial and mixed commercial builds.
We’re investing heavily in our systems (ISO, Procore, 1Breadcrumb), our people, and our future pipeline. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a capable and reliable Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on upcoming projects commencing early 2026.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, organised and communication-robust Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple small-to-medium commercial projects and drive them from start to finish.
You will be supported by a Contract Administrator, Admin/Project Support, and a Foreman, with reporting lines directly to the Managing Director.
This role suits someone who wants responsibility and autonomy, with strong backing from an experienced leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from pre-start to handover
• Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling and site meetings
• Update and manage programs, RFIs, variations and procurement (Procore)
• Monitor site progress and report weekly
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality,
environmental and ISO requirements
• Work closely with the CA on budgets, claims and documentation
• Liaise confidently with clients, consultants and subcontractors
About You
• 3–7 years experience as a Project Manager OR Project Engineer ready to step up
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to run multiple small to medium commercial projects
• Comfortable with Procore (essential or willing to learn quickly)
• Good with subcontractor relationships and driving program
• Able to identify risks, issues and opportunities
• Reliable, proactive and takes ownership
• Looking for long-term stability and growth
