As our Corporate team continues to grow, we have an prospect for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Payroll desk in our Sydney CBD team. This is an established desk, offering a fantastic platform for an experienced recruiter to step into a high-performing market and continue to grow their career.

Your new role
Working as an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. One day you could be onsite with a client, and the next discussing hiring strategies with national customers in the boardroom.
You will have full autonomy in managing the recruitment process, including:

- Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
- Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
- Working collaboratively with your counterparts and other teams across the office and broader Hays business
- Living our Hays valued behaviours, with collaboration and inclusivity at the heart of our approach

What you'll need to succeed Whether you have 2 years or 10 years of recruitment experience, we’re open to different levels of experience. The right person will be confident operating in a 360 recruitment environment,



commercially driven and motivated by working within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Ideally, you will have recruitment experience within Accounting & Finance, Payroll or a similar professional services specialism, however we’re open to recruiters from other sectors who can demonstrate strong commercial capability and transferable market knowledge.

You will also be:

- Committed and confident in building long-term partnerships with customers through business development
- Experienced in managing a 360 recruitment desk and developing new business
- Driven to achieve results and progress your career
- Ambitious, bold and curious in finding better solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
- Solution-focused, respectful and committed to doing the right thing
- Experienced in working towards targets, KPIs and sales budgets
- Motivated by the opportunity to take ownership of an established desk and continue to grow its success
