About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with The Andersen Partnership, you'll take ownership of your own recruitment desk, driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional ready to take the next step beyond a Recruitment Consultant role. You'll combine strong personal billings with a strategic approach to business development, account management, and market growth, with the autonomy to build and develop your own business within an established recruitment brand.
Responsibilities:
Manage the 360-degree recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements
Conduct daily candidate searches and build strong talent communities to meet client needs
Account managing and developing new client relationships
Consistently achieve KPIs and monthly/quarterly targetswhile growing your client base
Build strong,



professional relationships with both candidates and clients
Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a positive, resilient outlook
May mentor and coach other less experienced recruitment consultants
What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree or higher qualification is desirable. Industry experience may substitute.
At least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant
Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and tact in negotiating terms and closing deals
A solid drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines
Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
