We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Account Manager to support and manage key uniform programme accounts for nationally recognised brands. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders, stock management, programme administration, customer communication, and project coordination from concept through to delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting major uniform contracts, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating branding and design requirements, and ensuring customers remain informed throughout the order lifecycle.
The key to sucess in the role is being a problem-solving go-getter! Active not passive!
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 5-10 years' experience in account management, customer service, sales support, order processing, or programme coordination.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Experience managing customer relationships and handling customer enquiries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Profiecient in ERP systems (advantageous Accumatica)
- Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Advantageous Experience
- Clothing, uniform, promotional products, retail, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience.
- Experience working with corporate uniform programmes.
- Exposure to warehouse, inventory, procurement, or supply chain processes.
- Experience with online ordering portals, ERP systems, or CRM platforms.
- Experience supporting nationally recognised retail or corporate brands.
