The successful applicant will be required to complete four weeks of in-office training before commencing work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and assist with enquiries.Arrange and schedule service bookings.Dispatch jobs to technicians and coordinate urgent callouts.Communicate with technicians regarding job requirements and scheduling.Maintain positive working relationships with technicians and office staff.Provide friendly and professional customer service.Complete general administrative duties and other tasks as requested by management.Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a service coordination or scheduling role.Customer service experience.Experience working within the trades or service industry.Strong computer and administrative skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to follow procedures and work independently.Solid time management and organisational skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible rotating shifts.Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys helping customers and can think on their feet.You will need to be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently from home while being part of a supportive office team.
