We are seeking an experienced and service-focused SeniorConcierge to join our team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunityfor a hospitality or corporate concierge professional looking to take the nextstep in their career and help deliver exceptional workplace experiences for ourclients, employees, and guests.

As Senior Concierge, you will be responsible for managingthe daily visitor experience, partnering with Reception on all site welcomeactivities, and ensuring the smooth operation of Concierge services. You willplay a key role in creating exceptional experiences for both internal andexternal clients.

About the Role

- Delivera premium visitor and workplace experience for clients, employees, andguests.
- Providehands-on leadership and support to the Concierge and Reception teams.
- Coordinatedaily operations, team coverage, handovers, and changing businesspriorities.
- Supportthe onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
- Actas an escalation point for client, visitor, and operational matters.
- Buildstrong relationships with clients, building management, and on-sitesecurity.
- Maintainaccurate operational records, reporting, and team communications.
- Identifyopportunities to enhance the client experience and improve servicedelivery.




- Supportworkplace events, experiences, and engagement initiatives.

About You

- Atleast 3 years' experience in a concierge, reception, front-of-house, orguest services role.
- Experiencewithin a premium hotel, corporate workplace, or A-grade commercialenvironment.
- Strongleadership, coaching, or team support experience.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strongorganisational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and workplace technology systems.
- Aproactive approach, sound judgement, and a commitment to exceptionalcustomer service.
- Flexibleand adaptable in a dynamic environment.
