- Designing and building Azure landing zones, governance and automation
- Leading the migration of legacy servers and file storage to Azure and SharePoint
- Creating the platform and building blocks for data to be stored,
governed and secured properly
- Working with the security and applications teams on secure, consistent design patterns
- Engaging vendors and partners on project delivery
- Explaining technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience needed:
- Proven, hands‑on experience designing and delivering Azure architecture end‑to‑end
- Infrastructure as code (Bicep, Terraform or ARM) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- A background with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Good data governance and security experience, with exposure to frameworks such as the Essential Eight and ISO 27001
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring others
