- Career Growth and Ongoing Development We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support our project and shutdown operations. This role is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with site teams, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure personnel are mobilised safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

About the Role
- Coordinating personnel allocations and mobilisations in line with site requirements.
- Liaising with site teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Booking pre-employment medicals.
- Monitoring compliance documentation, tickets, licences and certifications.
- Ensuring inductions and onboarding requirements are completed before mobilisation.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating mobilisation systems.
- Following up outstanding requirements and providing mobilisation updates.
- Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a mobilisation coordination role.
- Mining industry experience highly desirable.
- Experience with CMS,



Pegasus and Enable highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What's on Offer?
