You will deliver, manage and grow Resilience Services across a diverse client portfolio. You will also provide high-level support to Senior Consulting Managers and play a key role in shaping client outcomes. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about resilience, business continuity, crisis and emergency management.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver client outcomes across business continuity, crisis, incident and emergency management, including program reviews and audits, policy and framework development, BIA process management, impact and threat assessments, training and exercise design, development and delivery, technology configuration, innovative solutions to client challenges, and scenario exercise inject development
- Provide strategic and operational client management
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple industries
- Support senior managers with high-value and strategic deliverables
- Develop proposals and pricing for new business opportunities
- Contribute to industry events, seminars and conferences
- Support continuous improvement and quality management initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Travel occasionally to service clients across Australia
- Mentor and support consultants as required

About you





- Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering relevant services, ideally within a consulting environment
- Experience in emergency services or the resilience sector (desirable)
- Strong facilitation skills for training and exercises
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence outcomes
- Commercial acumen and a performance-driven mindset
- Commitment to personal and qualified growth
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to diverse environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
