As a Parts Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day running of the parts department, gaining practical experience in stock control, customer service, and logistics within a busy commercial workshop setting. You will work closely with experienced staff who will guide and support you throughout your apprenticeship. What will I learn?
- Assisting with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts
- Picking and issuing parts to workshop technicians
- Helping maintain accurate stock records
- Dealing with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
- Supporting general warehouse and parts department duties
- Learning to identify commercial vehicle components
