Bar Manager / Duty Manager – Local House Bar & Grill

About the Role

Local House Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional Bar Manager or Duty Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy pub, tavern, bar or hospitality venue who can confidently manage daily operations, lead staff and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar and venue operations.

Lead, supervise and train bar and front-of-house staff.

Manage stock control, ordering and inventory.

Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements.

Support rostering, staff performance and cost control.

Assist with functions,



events and promotions.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality management or supervisory experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience working in a busy pub or tavern environment.

Current RSA certificate.

WA Approved Manager accreditation or willingness to obtain it.

Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Reliable, professional and capable of working independently.
