As a leading construction company in regional NSW, they are a preferred builder on several government funded schemes and they have ongoing contracts to deliver. With recent allocation of works for LAHC they have several opportunities for management staff in Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst and Tamworth.

Role & Responsibilities:

There is an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager who has experience working on government projects preferably for Land and Housing.

To be considered for this role you will have

- Previous experience working on land and housing projects
- Have a stable work history
- Have worked in a similar role for over 2 years
- Must have a current driver’s license.
- General Construction Industry White Card.




- Travel maybe required throughout regional NSW
- Experience in newbuild and refurbishment projects

Duties:

- Responsible for overall site management of LACH projects up to $10m in value
- Reporting to the project manager ensuring projects run efficiently and within the agreed project timeline.
- Managing & acquiring communication on site regarding OHS matters & information.
- Liaison with the client and consultants in a professional manner.
- Continually assess the project risks and ensure that appropriate controls are in place.
- Attend and perform safety inspections at the workplace as required.
