Your role
The Administrative Assistant supports a client-focused team delivering appeals services to social housing residents, collaborating with clients, staff, and providers to ensure a culturally responsive service.
With a high level of attention to details and strong administrative and customer service skills, you’re confident using computer-based technology and managing tasks like records maintenance, meeting coordination, minute taking and financial processes.

What we’re looking for
- You’re known for providing excellent customer service,
your strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and you understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- You thrive under pressure and meet tight timeframes. You’re adaptable and organised, with great attention to detail and accuracy
- You’re a highly motivated team player, working collaboratively and independently as required, but always with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Experience in a similar role managing multiple priorities throughout your day
