About the role
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This role leads production teams, ensures safety and quality standards are met, and drives productivity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Manage daily factory operations and production schedules
- Lead, train, and support production staff
- Ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are achieved
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
- Coordinate maintenance and equipment downtime
- Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture Requirements
- Previous experience in a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or Operations Manager role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
