Casual Pay: $32.18 Monday to Saturday, $45.05 per hour Sundays, plus superannuation Hours: Flexible casual work based on bookings, with shifts typically lasting approximately 5 hours.

Various venues across Melbourne About Wak Wak Studio Wak Wak Studio delivers fun, hands-on creative workshops for corporate events, private celebrations and groups across Melbourne. Our workshops include painting, terrariums, kokedama, flower crowns, wreath making and other arts and crafts. We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our casual team and help bring our workshops to life

About the Role
You'll facilitate creative workshops, demonstrate techniques, guide participants, prepare materials, transport supplies, set up and pack down each event and take photos of guests during workshops to capture their creative experiences. You'll independently lead workshops for approximately 6–15 participants, sometimes up to 20, and work alongside other facilitators for larger events involving 30–50 participants. You'll also communicate professionally with clients and help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for everyone. requirements:

- Demonstrated painting experience in both acrylic and watercolour.
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car to transport workshop materials is essential.
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently.




- Availability for occasional weekday, evening and weekend bookings.
- Ability to lift and transport workshop materials. Highly regarded:
- Experience with air-dry clay.
- Jewellery-making experience, including beading, wirework or similar techniques.
- Previous workshop facilitation, teaching, hospitality or customer service experience.
- Experience in other arts, crafts or creative disciplines. Training will be provided for our specific workshop formats.
