We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Support Workers to provide daily living assistance to one of our clients located near Seymour.

Key Responsibilities:

- A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in disability support or a related field.
- Proven experience in mental health support.
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to provide person-centred support tailored to the participant’s individual needs.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the participant’s dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Provide direct support to NDIS participants in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support clients in accessing social and community activities to promote inclusion
- Provide transport assistance for appointments, shopping, and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and incident reports




- Follow NDIS guidelines, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other stakeholders
- Uphold workplace health and safety practices to ensure a protected environment for all

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent
- Valid Australian Passport or proof of right to work in Australia
- Current First Aid Certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working with Children Check

Preferred:

- National Police Certificate
