We are currently looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Chef or Experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Position: Permanent Part-Time (with up to full-time hours available for the right candidate) What’s in it for you?

Your Main Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Handle high-volume service efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend rushes.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic,



and highly organized workstation.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, workplace health and safety guidelines, and stock rotation rules.
- Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What We Are Looking For

- A qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III/IV) or equivalent, proven hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar restaurant or busy venue.
- Strong knowledge of food prep, multi-tasking on the line, and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
