About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Casual Personal Care Worker to join our team at Cheltenham Manor. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can commit to at least 3 shifts per week. This role suits someone who is looking for flexible casual work within a supportive, well established aged care environment, and who takes genuine pride in the care they deliver every day. Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high quality personal care to residents 2. Support resident wellbeing within a team workplace 3. Follow RN In Charge directives 4. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards 5. Work independently within your scope of practice About You:

Experience:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
- Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant aged care legislation
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

- Current Police Check (Required)
