Cook / Kitchen Hand- Chargrill Charlies - West End - Brisbane

As a member of the Kitchen Team at Chargrill Charlie’s, you’ll play a key role in delivering the quality food and friendly service we’re famous for. You’ll work closely with the Kitchen Manager and team to:

- Prepare and cook our signature dishes to a high standard
- Support our Kitchen Managers
- Cleaning, Sanitisation, Food preparation, Stock Management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen workplace
- Support stock control and daily food preparation
- Follow food safety and OH&S; procedures at all times
- Work as part of a positive, energetic, and supportive team

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen and takes pride in consistency, teamwork,



and quality.

Best suited to someone with experience in fast-paced kitchen or hotel buffet.
