Providing personal care: bathing, washing, showering and preparing meals within a client’s own home.
Prompt medication and support clients to access the community i.e shopping and social activities
Provide social support within the home any given time of the day (live in care included)
Take responsibility of the shift while on duty
Liaise with other skilled staff in carrying out care plans
Preferably should have a background experience in social care however we provide extensive training.
Holds an SVQ2, HNC in Health and social care, or is working towards the qualification, qualification or equivalent.
Positive verbal and written communication in English
A full UK driving licence and car are essential.
Proof of right to work in the UK.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) application and also register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of starting.

To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Potters Health Care’s policies, procedures and guideline
