About the role
Provide support to the Practice Medical Team.
Provide direct care to patients.
Contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
Communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members.
Immunization provision
Venepuncture
Wound management
ECG + Spirometry
Conducting Health assessment
Care plan co-ordination

Skills and experience

Desirable

Positive Judgement and Decision making attributes.
Previous monitoring /coordinating roles.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience or interest in patient education.
Triage skills.
Experience in, or interest in, community-based nursing
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Experience or interest in patient education

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:
Registered nurse: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
AHPRA registration (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
