Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers
Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations
Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers
Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately
Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers’ travel needs
Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and effective communication between all departments
Assist in the development and implementation of current processes and procedures to
