Key Responsibilities
Provide after-sales technical support to customers, distributors and installation partners
Troubleshoot product issues and assist with fault diagnosis for solar and battery energy storage systems
Guide customers and installers through product setup, configuration and troubleshooting processes
Coordinate warranty claims, product returns and technical enquiries
Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions and customer feedback
About You
Experience in technical support, after-sales service, or similar technical role
Background in solar, battery storage, electrical products or renewable energy will be highly regarded
Full working rights in Australia
