About the Role
As our Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties are presented professionally and leased efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Responding to rental enquiries and prospective tenants
Completing Entry Condition Reports
Conducting Routine Inspections
Assisting with tenant and landlord communication
Working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Current driver's licence(A take-home company vehicle is provided as part of the role.)
Communication skills & strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
