What you will be doing
Advise on strata management, building defects, remedial works and construction-related matters.
Manage strata and construction disputes, including litigation across various jurisdictions.
Draft and review building contracts, legal advice and supporting documentation.
Assist with strata renewal proceedings in the NSW Land and Setting Court.
Advise on remedial building works under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.
Work alongside partners and senior lawyers on complex matters involving strata law and NSW construction reform.
Skills & experience
Approximately 6+ years' post-admission experience.
A background in litigation and/or construction law is preferred.
Ability to manage a substantial caseload with autonomy.
Solid communication, legal research and drafting skills.
A collaborative approach and willingness to work across a variety of matters.
