Great plumber? Good person? We’ve got room for you.

Residential Maintenance Plumber | Copper Fox Plumbing & Gas
Carrum Downs | Mornington Peninsula, Bayside & Melbourne’s South East

You take pride in your work. You’re good with customers. And when you finish a job, you want to know it’s been done properly.

We reckon that deserves good money, support to keep improving and a team you enjoy working with.

Copper Fox Plumbing & Gas is growing, and we’re looking for quality plumbers who want to be part of it.

Good money. No weekends. A crew that backs you.

- Earning potential with no ceiling — uncapped performance rewards on top of your wages.

- No weekend work — your weekends are yours.

- Ongoing training and support — develop your technical skills, customer communication and confidence.

- Weekly team meetings — share wins, work through challenges and have your say.

- A family-oriented company — we understand there’s life outside work.

- Quarterly staff events — get together and celebrate the team’s efforts.

- Monthly beers with the crew — knock off, catch up and have a laugh.

Culture matters here. A lot.

We spend too much time at work for it to be somewhere we don’t enjoy.

At Copper Fox, we want people who help each other out, share what they know and take responsibility when something needs sorting. We value honest conversations, positive workmanship and being able to have a laugh together.

You could be the most experienced plumber in the room, but how you treat your teammates and customers matters just as much.

We’re building a team people want to join — and want to stay with.

Better equipment. More skills. Better solutions.

We invest heavily in the latest plumbing technology so we can offer our customers the best solutions and give our team the equipment to deliver them.

From CCTV drain inspections and hydro-jetting to UV drain re-lining,

we’re always looking at ways to improve how we diagnose and fix plumbing problems.

For you, that means opportunities to learn specialist skills, work with modern equipment and take on more involved jobs — with training and support behind you.

The work

We focus on residential maintenance plumbing. You’ll get variety, plenty of problem-solving and the satisfaction of helping homeowners get their problems sorted.

Your work can include:

- Leaks, fault-finding and repairs.

- Blocked drains, CCTV inspections and hydro-jetting.

- Drainage repairs/renewals and UV drain re-lining.

- Roofing, guttering and stormwater work.

- Hot water repairs and replacements.

- Taps, toilets and general maintenance plumbing.

Roofing and drainage experience would be a big advantage, but it’s not essential. If you’ve got solid plumbing skills and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Who we’re looking for

You’re a qualified plumber who takes ownership of your work and follows things through.

You communicate clearly, respect customers’ homes and explain problems and solutions in a way people understand. You’re comfortable discussing options and recommending work that will benefit the customer.

You turn up ready, back your teammates and take feedback on board.

You don’t need to know everything. You do need to care about getting it right.

What you’ll need

- Relevant plumbing qualifications and registration.

- A current driver’s licence.

- Good fault-finding and practical plumbing skills.

- A professional, friendly approach with customers.

- Pride in your workmanship and a willingness to keep improving.

Experience with roofing, drainage, CCTV cameras, hydro-jetters or pipe re-lining will be highly regarded.
