Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters is seeking an experienced Barista All-Rounder for our flagship café in Chippendale. This casual role covers both bar and front-of-house duties in a quick-paced environment.
Training will be provided to fill knowledge gaps, and the position involves weekday and weekend shifts. You will pour precise espresso shots, steam milk to a high standard, and adjust grind and flavor profiles to maximise coffee quality, while delivering great customer experiences as part of a
