Boxing Cartel Bendigo is seeking a hands-on Gym Manager to lead our welcoming boxing-based group training, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive membership engagement. You will co-manage casual boxing coaches, coordinate classes, and ensure the facility stays safe, clean and well-stocked.
You’ll report to the owner, receive training on our systems, and grow with a business that values respect, explicit communication, initiative and genuine care for members.
