New Vehicle Sales Manager | Automall West

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Selling Sales Manager to support the continued growth of our Chery and Honda brands.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys both selling and leading.
As a Selling Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting the sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, contributing directly to dealership success. You will lead from the front by actively engaging with customers while coaching and developing the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example through active customer engagement and vehicle sales
- Support and coach Sales Consultants to maximise performance and conversion
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage customer enquiries and ensure exceptional follow-up processes
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales teams
- Assist with stock management and vehicle presentation




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales activity and support dealership performance objectives
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Selling Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or high-performing Sales Consultant
- A proven record of achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets
- Solid leadership and coaching capabilities
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- A positive, energetic and results-driven attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using dealership CRM systems
- A current and valid driver's licence
