Concreter - Screeding and Finishing Experience Required

About the role

MC Labour is currently looking for experienced concreter's who can take a slab from pour to finish. You'll screed to accurate levels and deliver a high-quality surface ready for curing. This role suits someone who's confident in both screeding and finishing, takes pride in their work, and can keep pace on pour days without cutting corners.

What you'll be doing

- Screeding concrete slabs to correct levels using laser levels and straight edges
- Preparing surfaces for finishing
- Floating and trowelling concrete
- Edging and jointing
- Producing smooth and decorative finishes
- Delivering accurate, consistent and structurally sound slab work
- Working efficiently to meet pour deadlines





What we're looking for

- Proven experience screeding and finishing concrete slabs
- Confidence using laser levels and straight edges
- Robust attention to detail and a high standard of finish
- Ability to work quickly and safely under time pressure
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence and own transport
