Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager for Mornington (VIC). You will lead a 20+ team, manage daily operations, sales, and stock within your department, reporting to the Site Manager. This role emphasizes Best Experience, safety, and robust vendor relationships to maintain our widest range and best prices.

You’ll work a 1 in 3 weekend roster with some public holidays, building capability, planning, and rostering to meet service promises.
