About the role

In this role, the Speech Pathologist will assist a predominantly paediatric caseload (18 months - 18 years ), covering speech, language, literacy, auditory processing,



articulation and fluency as well as supporting group programs.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- delivering evidence-based assessment & treatment

- planning/implementing individualised therapy programs and group programs

- administering and interpreting standardised assessments

- writing reports & client communications daily

- providing therapy across clinic, telehealth and school/home settings

- collaborating with families and professionals to support client outcomes.

- Direct career pathway towards senior roles.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential

- Speech Pathology (experience in paediatrics and working with children)

- Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia ( or eligible )

- Valid WWC, NDIS Worker Screening & National Criminal Record checks ( or willing to obtain )

- Private Guild Insurance as a private practitioner ( basic cover $2 million )

- Driver's license and reliable car essential ( Travel 0-20%)

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to build strong rapport with team members, clients and families.
