The City of Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Building Certifier to ensure designs and constructions comply with the Building Code of Australia and local regulations. You will lead certification services and guide staff through complex building legislation, liaising with architects, engineers and builders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include audits, inspections and reporting, while promoting safety, quality and compliance.
