We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality projects across the hospitality, fuel, and industrial sectors.

This role is suited to a driven professional with a strong background in commercial construction , particularly across fast-paced fit-out and new build, childcare some Goverment sectiors. Experience in sectors such as quick service restaurants (e.g. McDonald’s, KFC and similarQSR brands ),pubs and clubs , child care , government projects,service stations , andindustrial facilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard




- Maintain strict compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental requirements
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
- Drive programme, sequencing, and site productivity

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and quick-paced programmes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred)
