Overview We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Person / Forklift Operator to join our Auburn team. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching materials while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, safety and warehouse presentation. The successful candidate will hold a current LF Forklift Licence and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced production environment. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus
• Support operational efficiency by maintaining organised warehouse processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
• Assist in maintaining stock accuracy to support business performance Operational Management
• Receive, unload, and store inbound goods in designated locations
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and within required timeframes
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean, organised, and productive warehouse environment
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow requirements People Leadership
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams
• Support team objectives through effective communication and cooperation Governance & Risk
• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in compliance with regulations
• Conduct daily pre-start equipment checks
• Report hazards, incidents, and damaged goods promptly

• Previous warehouse experience
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF – mandatory)




• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills
