You will lead our training delivery function, drive a strong culture of accountability and achievement, and work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to grow the business while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You will be responsible for bringing together people, performance, quality, compliance, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Travel across our operating locations as required.
