• Confidential support through our Mind Matters Team and Employee Assistance Program The Opportunity MinRes are seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to join a tight-knit crew at our Mt Marion Lithium Operation, where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. You’ll work a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company. What is required? To be successful, you will have:
• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
• Solid machine operating experience across 3 or more of the following, in a production mining environment: Dump Trucks (785 or larger, electric experience highly advantageous), Rock Breaker (30T +), Grader (16M or larger), Loader (992 or larger).
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
