The Opportunity As a General Manager at Lighthouse Service Partners, you'll take full P&L; ownership of a business under our portfolio of companies. You'll drive growth, shape culture, and get hands-on with every part of the business, backed by a fast-moving parent company and a proven playbook. Trades or home services experience would be great but more importantly we're looking for sharp, driven operators who want to learn fast and grow into something bigger — including future organic growth initiatives and M&A; opportunities. To set you up for success, incoming GMs go through LEAP — our Lighthouse Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program. What You'll Do
• Own the P&L; — drive gross profit and EBITDA growth, and own reporting to senior leadership




• Build and lead high-performing teams, and develop the next generation of managers
• Drive operational excellence across systems, processes, and people
• Get close to the customer and relentlessly improve their experience
• Set strategy, move rapid, and make data-informed calls What You Bring
• A track record of driving impact and beating targets — SMB general management or senior leadership experience a plus
• Strong budgeting, financial management, P&L; ownership
• High EQ, sharp people instincts, and a genuine interest in developing others
• A resourceful, scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
• A degree (MBA or equivalent a bonus, not a requirement)
