Blackmores is undertaking a significant business transformation as we introduce new ways of working across our ERP and technology landscape. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of a new, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP, alongside a CRM program and a portfolio of supporting initiatives. As a Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our transformation moving. Working within the ERP Programme Management Office, you'll support a group of workstreams through the Realise phase and towards our final wave go-live. You'll bring structure and momentum to day-to-day delivery — keeping plans and Jira activity current, following up actions, managing blockers and dependencies, and ensuring important decisions and issues don't get lost between governance forums. We have two opportunities available: a Functional Delivery Coordinator supporting areas including Finance, Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Supply Chain and HCM; and a Technical Delivery Coordinator supporting Architecture, Development, Integration and Data. These are hands-on roles that are a great opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator or Scrum Master who enjoys working in a complex transformation environment and takes pride in keeping teams organised, accountable and moving forward. These are fixed-term roles until approximately Q4 2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across assigned workstreams, working closely with Workstream Leads and delivery teams to keep activity progressing.
• Maintain delivery and sprint cadence, including stand-ups, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Keep Jira boards, tickets, workstream plans and delivery information current and aligned to priorities.
• Identify blockers early, drive actions through to resolution and escalate issues when they aren't progressing.
• Coordinate dependencies across workstreams,



ensuring the right people are engaged to resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
• Prepare concise and meaningful workstream updates covering progress, risks, issues, blockers and decisions required.
• Support programme RAID management, defect triage, change control and governance activities.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation within Confluence and other programme tools.
• Build strong working relationships with Workstream Leads, project teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to obtain updates, drive actions and support timely decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery cadence, tools and ways of working across the programme. Who are you? You're an organised, proactive delivery qualified who enjoys being at the centre of a fast-moving transformation. You're naturally persistent, comfortable holding people accountable for actions and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You'll bring:
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a Delivery Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Scrum Master or similar role within a substantial programme.
• Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery environments, including sprint planning, delivery cadence and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of moving parts.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including maintaining boards, tickets, documentation and reports.
• Practical experience with action tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management and delivery governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly distil complex information into clear updates and next steps.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, workstream leads and external vendors to obtain information, drive actions and resolve blockers.
