About the Role
/n As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our clients. This is an office-based position involving various responsibilities, including order entry, phone support, order tracking, and general office duties. /n This position is available on a permanent full-time basis; however, we are also open to considering part time arrangements for the right candidate. /n

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately process and enter customer orders into our system. /n
- Handle incoming calls from clients and address their inquiries promptly and professionally. /n
- Proactively follow up on orders to obtain estimated time of arrivals and provide updates to clients. /n




- Confirm the receipt of orders and ensure accurate documentation. /n
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services. /n
- Assist with various office tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the workplace. /n /n About You /n /n
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. /n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. /n
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. /n
