Job Description We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our team and deliver data‑driven insights, insights to clients, technical support, and training. The role includes data queries, analysis, and reporting across the Titan Cloud software.

Job Requirements

Degree in Environmental, Business, Science, Mathematics, or equivalent

2+ years of customer facing work experience

Customer service experience desired

Good written and spoken communication skills

Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills with emphasis on developing data assets

Quick learner with attention to detail

Collaborative working style, also able to work independently

Ability to travel internationally as needed

Job Responsibilities

Support the team with information and data queries and technical issues





Operate Titan Cloud software to process and analyze incoming data

Identify trends and exceptions correctly using analysis tools

Publish and report results across the three reporting platforms

Conduct investigation services per client agreements

Maintain administration for all accounts, including some account communication with smaller to medium‑sized accounts

Deliver on analysis KPIs and agreed services

Respond to internal helpdesk tickets or elevate where appropriate

Work with the key customer account manager to provide technical support

Deliver training when required, both virtually and in person
